I am Casale, a Canadian artist based in New York. I create most of my works in my Harlem studio.

My work represents a deep love for storytelling through art. I naturally gravitate towards rich, earthy tones and work in textured layers. Figures emerge, dissolve, reappear—sometimes obscured, sometimes defiant. Themes of solitude, tension, and intimacy run through my paintings.

Acrylic and oil paint are my preferred media. While the former allows immediacy, the latter demands patience. I move between the two; layering, stripping back, letting the paint dictate as much as I do. The result is a dialogue between movement and stillness, clarity and ambiguity.

My art is an excavation of memory, sensation, and the intangible. Each piece is a reflection of that process. If my work speaks to you, you already understand.
